  3. Hi friends I am sharing this piece. I got it from and old copy of H&H journal.

Spices are concentrated sources of antioxidants. Antioxidants help reduce free-radical damage within the body. Free radicals are atoms or groups of atoms with an odd (unpaired) number of electrons and can be formed when oxygen interacts with certain molecules. Once formed these highly reactive radicals can start a chain reaction, like dominoes. Their chief danger comes from the damage they can do when they react with important cellular components such as DNA, or the cell membrane. Cells lose vigor and may function poorly or die if this occurs. To prevent free radical damage the body has a defense system of antioxidants.

Antioxidants, present in many foods, prevent free radicals from harming healthy tissue. Antioxidants also help minimize the effects of degenerative diseases, and help boost the immune system.

One of the simplest and most effective ways to protect your cells against oxidative damage is through the power of spices. While most people realize that fruits and vegetables have antioxidant potential, they often forget that spices have similar properties. I say try some cloves, cinnamon, oregano spice up your life and love longer.

  5. I took my guests from UK to you restaurant at Alamanda and they like your roasters.Your Warisan was great according to them but they suggested that you try some of the Kenny Rogers meals to understand a better way to treat foreign visitors. Just sharing their comments. In any case they liked what you had to offer.
