Turmeric


Henna got on to our blog and shared some interesting facts about turmeric. Who doesn’t know what turmeric is but we believe many do not know how ‘magical’ turmeric is for our better health and even our ‘look’. Thanks Henna for sharing, and giving this beneficial sharing a bigger spread, we have decided to open this forum up to everyone out there to pour in and share here with us what more is there about Turmeric we can know….

  2. I am English , we learned eating spices from the Indians I guess maybe 300 years ago. I know one thing for sure, turmeric is incredibly healing. I worked through a lot pain in my life and I thank this golden herb which has helped me gain my health.Asian foods mainly have turmeric

    Yes, as an American in Asia I also have been using turmeric for years but mainly for the taste. Any other benefits are just a bonus.

  7. I even put this spice in scrambeld eggs and many other dishes as I don't use salt anymore. I don't have any salt or sugar in my house. I am a healthy and happy guy.

  9. I would like to order this spice from somewhere. I can't find it in my USA super market. Does anyone know about Customs for spices, afterall it's a food item. What about a company where we can buy a kilo of this or that spice. I hear there are many types of curry also.
