ReplyDeleteI am English , we learned eating spices from the Indians I guess maybe 300 years ago. I know one thing for sure, turmeric is incredibly healing. I worked through a lot pain in my life and I thank this golden herb which has helped me gain my health.Asian foods mainly have turmeric

Yes, as an American in Asia I also have been using turmeric for years but mainly for the taste. Any other benefits are just a bonus.

ReplyDeleteI even put this spice in scrambeld eggs and many other dishes as I don't use salt anymore. I don't have any salt or sugar in my house. I am a healthy and happy guy.

ReplyDeleteI would like to order this spice from somewhere. I can't find it in my USA super market. Does anyone know about Customs for spices, afterall it's a food item. What about a company where we can buy a kilo of this or that spice. I hear there are many types of curry also.
